The pedestrian bridge that crosses Honey Creek at the south beach will be closed for repairs for about a week. The work is scheduled to begin Thursday, August 13th, weather permitting. During this time Honey Lake, Honey Creek and the south beach can be accessed from the north beach on W. Lakeshore Dr.  or by using the large bridge near the dam (accessed by walking along the Honey Creek path from the south beach parking lot). Honey Lake can also be accessed from the large berm adjacent to the road bridge over Sugar Creek on DD (limited parking is available along DD).  Carry-in only boat access will be from the north beach launch.  We appreciate your patience while improvements are made to the pedestrian bridge.
